Enrollment Dates for 2009-10 School Year
- January 13-February 25, 2009 — Open Enrollment. You can submit an Student Interest Form (version en Español) with the required documents (see below) at any time. Please bring or mail them to:

Enrollment Requirements
- Birth/Baptism Certificate or Passport
- Residence Verification Current Utility Bill
If you do not have a bill in your name, you must provide the utility bill of the person with whom you are living, along with a Notarized Affidavit stating that you live at that address - Immunization Record
- 4 Polio (if only 3 doses given, 3rd dose must be after 4th birthday)
- 3 Hepatitis B
- 5 DTP (if only 4 doses given, 4th dose must be after 4th birthday)
- Varicella Immunization
- 2 MMR (both doses must be on or after 1st birthday)
- T.B. Test (Negative) if results are positive we require doctor's note
- Academic History
- Copy of high school transcript or 8th grade report card
- Copy of IEP or 504 plan (if relevant)
